This cozy and newly renovated cottage sits on private Oxoboxo Lake in Montville, CT. From the moment you walk into the cottage you see a wall of windows with a million dollar view of the lake. There are views of the lake from every window on 3 sides of the cottage.
Once you come in you will find the cottage is nicely furnished inside and out. In the family room you have leather sectional, glass top tables, TV with DVD, stereo and in ceiling speakers. In the eat in kitchen you will find nice new concrete counter tops, plenty of cabinets, table with 4 chairs, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. In the sun room you have a nice chaise lounge looking out at the lake. The bedroom offers a full size bed, wardrobe clos and sink. Hardwood and tile floors can be found through out the cottage as well along with a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Once outside you will find a large deck with furniture and a Weber gas grill . Next you will see your very own private sandy beach, dock and fire pit. Since the lake has no motor restrictions please bring your boat or jet ski to enjoy some water sports, like tubing or skiing, or just relaxing. We also have 2 kayaks you may use at your own risk. LIFE JACKETS NOT PROVIDED. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN.
We are located close to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Resort Casinos, Mystic, Shopping, hiking and within 40 minutes of Bradley International Airport.

Our 2nd cottage is ready!!
Year round lakefront cottage. Enjoy your own beach, dock, fire pit and covered porch. Sit in the 3 season sun room with ceiling fan and take in the view or read a good book on the wicker sofa. Head into the open concept living room/ kitchen through the french doors. Sit in front of the gas fire place or catch a good movie on the Amazon Firestick. When it is time for bed enjoy the bedroom with queen size bed and a view of the lake or go up the spiral staircase where you can find 2 twin beds or push them together for an added queen size bed and a view of the lake.
During the day enjoy our own half moon beach with 2 lounge chairs and access to the water. Enjoy the day fishing off the dock or bring your boat for added fun. In the evening sit out at the bench and look out at the lake or enjoy a nice fire in the fire pit.
